Ready for a new year with new goals?
First, cleanse out the old to start fresh, inside and out!
1- Coconut oil pull is a great way to start the day. Before you drink water in the morning, swish around 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for 10-20 minutes to strengthen teeth and gums. Spit in a garbage can, not the sink. Rinse with water afterward to decrease the risk of teeth sensitivity.
2- Consider adding Spearmint or Peppermint essential oil to the oil pull to freshen breath and help you breathe more clearly.
3- Add Lemon essential oil to a glass of water to cleanse your body. Be sure to drink plenty of water to flush your system well.
4- To cleanse your gastrointestinal tract, use GX Assist for 10 days (1-3 softgels per day with meals). After 10 days, stop the GX Assist and start PB Assist +, which is a pre-biotic and pro-biotic that is double encapsulated to ensure the pro-biotics arrive safely in the small intestine, where they are supposed to be.
5- To cleanse the air, diffuse Purify essential oil to you are breathing fresh air. You can run the diffuser day and night.
6- For overall body cleansing, start Zendocrine Complex 2 capsules per day for 2 days to support your filtration organs: kidneys, liver and skin. Then start taking 2-4 drops of Zendocrine essential oil (preferably in a veggie capsule) in the morning because Zendocrine is great at providing energy, for 10 days total. You can also massage the Zendocrine oil over you liver (under your rib cage on the right side of your body) once or twice a day. Make sure you have plenty of water and fiber in your diet as you cleanse.
7- Slim & Sassy can be used to cleanse your body by taking 2-4 drops in a veggie capsule or in a glass or water or a smoothie up to 3 times per day. Bonus, your cravings for sweets will also be diminished. Remember to drink plenty of water so you flush the toxins out of your body the proper route.
