Keep on moving

vegetablesToday I had the chance to share the wisdom that I learned from Jeanette Fransen about keeping our bowels moving properly.  Simply take 1 to 3 Terrazyme capsules with a large glass of water first thing in the morning.  Other ideas to improve the movement in your digestive tract include:water

  1. Eat 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables per day because fiber is a key nutrient
  2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day to stay hydrated
  3. Focus on whole grains (again fiber is important)
  4. Move 30 minutes per day, walking counts
  5. Take quality probiotics
